  • Sorry, at this time I can only ship within the United States.

  • Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email notification with your shipment tracking number. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please e-mail me at Shannon@WindhoundStudio.com

  • Each product is made to order, so please allow 3-7 days for production and an additional 3-7 days for shipping (depending on your location).

  • Before getting in touch with me, please help me out by doing the following:

    ● Check your shipping confirmation email to ensure you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send a replacement order to the correct address, however it will be at your own cost.

    ● If the shipping address was correct, check that your package was not left with a neighbor or your local post office.

    If your order is still missing, please get in touch with me at Shannon@WindhoundStudio.com providing your order number, and I’ll see what can be done.

  • I’m so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help me resolve this for you quickly, please email me at Shannon@WindhoundStudio.com within a week’s time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

  • At this time I don’t offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order please let me know by contacting me at Shannon@WindhoundStudio.com

  • Refunds are only offered to customers who have received damaged/defective items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at Shannon@WindhoundStudio.com with photos of the damaged/defective item and I’ll be happy to sort that out for you.

  • I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at Shannon@WindhoundStudio.com with photos of the damaged/defective item and I’ll be happy to sort that out for you.

    If ordering apparel and you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out the sizing charts that are available on each product page. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let me know at Shannon@WindhoundStudio.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll discuss next steps to get the issue resolved.
